its been a longgg time since i last posted here. i just got home from a four day trip to see family. i also went to nyc and ikea! i got ikea alien and orca plush, and i also got some mp100 can badges! i bought the last four in the shop and i didnt get a single double! also, my dad found my old calico critters playset from when i was little at my grandmas house :happy:. im so happy, i've been wondering where they were for years now! i thought they were gone forever. it was a fun trip but im glad to be home. falls asleep

i cant believe how similar the law of talos fandom now (after the tictac explosion) is so similar to it when it was like, originally popular?

a little while before that happened, i was writing an "essay" i guess about how karl should be considered a sexyman (at least a deviantart one, im not sure how popular he was on tumblr back in the day. doesnt matter anyway, since hes on the sexypedia now) and i looked through a bunch of old comments on the official posts relating to law of talos, as well as UPs profile, and its just... so crazy...

people would constantly be asking on UPs page "erm where are u" "are u ded?" "lol i know UP he is actually a girl irl and-" and people with karl profile pictures were made fun of and stuff. UPs friends would even defend him in these comments too. it was wild to look at. people also shared his (at the time) "hidden" tumblr which other people got upset about

but recently i looked at the newer comments on his profile, and ohmygawd history repeats itself. people with usernames like "im in love with karl" and even "unknown persons sibling", people asking where he is and if he's okay, people sending links to his twitter and letting everyone know that he's alive!!11 and what stuff he's worked on. obviously no h8 to any of these people (i was a karl lover too, but i have my sights set on another blonde bitch now), i just find it really funny how similar this is to the earlier fandom. the thing that does irk me though is how people have treated his characters and the other characters of oct participants, but that sort of thing comes with every fandom. this dude is never coming back lol

this morning i watched an iceberg video about virtual worlds (iceberg videos on topics that interest me are like my baby sensory videos) and i noticed that one i vaguely remembered wasn't on there. i never even played this game, although i had made an account like a year or two ago. i was trying so hard to remember the name, but the only thing i could remember was "swirled", and i was unable to find the game through searches.

a few hours later and i found it by going through my saved passwords lmao!! it was called WHIRLED, so i was pretty close! theres even a fanmade wiki which is pretty cool, despite it seemingly being dead? i went to whirled.club which is like a rewritten i guess and was what i signed up for back then, but you have to download a client now and i dont really feel like doing that. but im glad i found it again!
